Refund Policy

Because this is a digital book that you can download and keep immediately after purchase, all sales are final.

We will always make it right if something went wrong:

• The file won't open or download: reply to your delivery email or use the contact form and we will fix it or send the book directly.
• You were charged twice by mistake: we refund the duplicate charge in full.

Refunds for duplicate charges are processed within 2 business days and can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
